Neo Energy Group is one of the largest renewable energy developers and operators in Poland.

Since 2004, we have been actively supporting the energy transition by implementing groundbreaking projects in the renewable energy sector. Our activities cover every stage of the investment cycle – from planning and design, through construction, to management and sale of completed installations.

Scale of operations

Our portfolio includes 4.8 GW of project capacity, including:

one of the largest pumped-storage power plants in Poland (800 MW),
a 500 MW wind farm,
modern photovoltaic and biogas installations, energy storage facilities, and green LNG.

In 2024, we completed one of the largest transactions on the renewable energy market in Poland, acquiring projects with a capacity of nearly 1.5 GW.

Team

Neo Energy Group employs over 180 specialists – engineers, analysts, lawyers, and managers – who combine technical knowledge with market experience.

The organization has been founded by Piotr Beaupré, its founder and CEO, who has been involved in the development of the renewable energy sector in Poland for many years. The broad management board also includes Luiza Urbanik, Michał Klesyk, Robert Kozłowski, Jacek Rusiecki, Eliza Węgłowska, Katarzyna Czaplińska, Wojciech Śmietański, and Sławomir Nowicki, all experienced leaders of infrastructure and energy projects.

Thanks to our diverse experience and responsible approach, our team has successfully managed and is currently supervising projects with a total value exceeding PLN 5 billion. We focus on developing our expertise and cooperating with the best industry advisors and leaders in renewable energy technology.
